We design and supply solutions to a diverse customer base, including schools needing extra classrooms, commercial businesses needing additional office space and construction sites needing a complex of offices and welfare facilities. The Role You’ll support our Operations Manager by effectively supervising the operations team to ensure our range of buildings are prepared and maintained to our quality standards and made ready for delivery. Along with coordinating the team’s duties, you will play an active in role in the cleaning and furnishing of our buildings as well as undertaking minor repairs to walls and doors, replacing plumbing and electrical fixtures and fittings, and preparing external walls for painting. About You You’ll have practical experience of successfully leading a team in a construction, property maintenance or ideally, a temporary or modular building organisation. You’ll be someone who can motivate their team to strive to meet deadlines, whilst not compromising quality standards. Our work is physically demanding and takes place outdoors, so you should be prepared to be exposed to extremes of weather. The Company plans to relocate the depot to Alton in Hampshire in the next 18 to 24 months and therefore expects applicants to be able to commute to this location.
