The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm's high-quality conveyancing services, handling a diverse range of residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Providing expert advice on all aspects of residential property transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
* Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and firm procedures
* Contributing to the growth and development of the conveyancing department
Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for:
* Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives
* At least 2 years of full conveyancing experience - up to any level of PQE/ seniority
* Excellent skills in managing a busy caseload efficiently
* Strong communication and client care abilities
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment
Candidates with extensive experience in residential conveyancing are particularly encouraged to apply.
