What we can offer you; 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Access to our company pension scheme Free physiotherapy service Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing; Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and fitters across multiple sites Perform complex asset overhauls and mechanical repairs on dewatering equipment Manage day-to-day supervision of employees and subcontractors under CDM regulations Serve as primary point of contact for customers and coordinate with on-site teams Complete necessary documentation including permits, test reports, and safety paperwork Participate in standby coverage and demonstrate flexibility for travel requirements Maintain and repair dewatering equipment at sewage and water treatment facilities Ensure efficient operations while minimizing environmental impact and following safety protocols What we're looking for; Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial environment and leading mechanical installations Proven track record in asset replacement and maintenance of water/sewage treatment equipment NVQ Level 3 or recognized apprenticeship in mechanical engineering maintenance Valid UK Driving License and Compex certification Current SSSTS Card and Confined Space certification First Aid and IOSH certifications required Additional qualifications desired: Clean Water, SHEA Water, DSEAR Awareness Preferred certifications: PASMA and CSCS Gold CardWhat's next?
