Job Description: Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: The Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support to students in a one-on-one or small group setting. Duties include preparing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and tailoring teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Required Qualifications: A relevant degree in the subject area being taught, teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS), and proven experience in tutoring or teaching. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area. Experience: Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is essential. Knowledge and Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, ability to motivate and inspire students, and proficiency in adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in the subject area, additional teaching certifications, and experience working with diverse student populations. Working Conditions: The Tutor is expected to work Part-Time hours, typically in the afternoons or evenings.
