The post-holder is a non-voting member of the ICB Board. As the strategic commissioning lead for the ICB, the CNHPCO is accountable for all matters, relating to the commissioning performance of the ICB andwill also be responsible for ensuring that the ICB implements a robust commissioning strategy and for ensuring that system resources are effectively deployed and used to provide the best possible outcomes for the population.
