Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a friendly, ambitious team player with genuine initiative - a social and relationship-focused individual who values collaboration and is eager to grow within our dynamic, fast-growing agency.
The role involves project management and administration support for the merchandise department, strategic problem-solving, supplier liaison, logistics coordination, and contributing to product ideation and mock-ups using Photoshop and Illustrator. You’ll also take the lead in building presentation decks and catalogues to support our creative initiatives.
The Role:
* You should be familiar with admin tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and customer management software (e.g., Paprika).
* You should demonstrate experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Slides.
* You should have knowledge of various freight logistics methods, including sea and air shipping, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
* You will monitor project timelines and manage suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
* You will support merchandise account managers by assisting with product ideation and visual mock-ups.
* You should have a strong understanding of branding and the ability to work effectively within brand guidelines.
* You should demonstrate strategic thinking, organisation, creativity, and self-motivation.
* You should contribute innovative ideas, staying curious about new products and brand merchandise.
* You should be motivated and able to join dots without management and have the ability to work collaboratively across account management and internal teams.
* You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Job Details:
Full-time, 4 days in-studio and Friday’s working from home.
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience.
