EMEA Property Manager

We have a great opportunity for an EMEA Property Manager to join our Integrated Facilities Management division within our Global Occupier Services team.
Within our team, we supply IFM services to major clients. This role is dedicated to the C&W Corporate Estate in EMEA, providing an opportunity to deliver excellence and best practices to showcase to clients internally and externally.
As the EMEA Property Manager, you will lead the EMEA property and estates function for the C&W Corporate portfolio. You will support the implementation of the business plan by managing and developing stakeholder relationships, representing the Corporate portfolio at a strategic level.
In this role, you will provide the existing corporate occupier client with full property management services that meet expectations within the agreed fee basis across EMEA. You will work closely as the key point of contact with the US Real Estate team and contribute to the Leadership Team, adding value in areas that may not be core Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Matrix management responsibility for multi-skill lines across EMEA to provide contracted services to the client.
2. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating value and expertise in the field.
3. Establish and maintain own and team profile internally and externally through effective PR and sharing successes.
4. Ensure projects, reports, etc., are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s integrated portfolio by building links across business groups and the global office network, working collaboratively to generate new instructions, pool expertise, and provide advice.
6. Manage and liaise with internal teams and external legal providers to provide a full service to the client.
7. Create and implement plans for gathering and acting on client feedback.
Key Duties include:
UK
1. Ensure rents, rates, and service charges are processed accordingly.
2. Negotiate and manage the process for rent, rate, and service charge reviews and service charge reconciliation.
3. Subtenant management and invoicing/payments oversight.
4. LTAs and Asset Management.
5. Present cost challenge opportunities.
EMEA
1. Compose and present all costs for approval for capex spend (RFAs) for executive approval.
2. Manage the overall capex planning and strategy.
3. Present Real Estate strategy to senior stakeholders.
4. Liaise with senior stakeholders and country heads.
5. Ensure Real Estate information is up to date by checking on CoStar (RE function).
General
1. Support the Account Lead, deputizing when necessary.
2. Account Lead for all lease administration and reporting systems.
3. Support the FM team by providing expertise and insight.
4. Meet with senior stakeholders and present with gravitas.
Qualifications:
1. Degree level qualification or similar.
2. RICS qualified.
