Role and Responsibilities
I'm working with a company based in Norwich who are looking for a Test Engineer to join their growing team within the energy industry.
As a Test Engineer, you will:
1. Work closely throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and effective test plans are defined, reviewed, and executed.
2. Collaborate with Design Engineers (Electronics/Mechanical/Software) to assist in development testing where necessary.
3. Provide technical support for production and system testing activities to our Manufacturing and Global Support Team.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing test plans for current and future well bore inspection tools.
2. Building prototype hardware and systems for development projects.
3. Conducting system and board level testing to support project objectives.
4. Creating test jigs and fixtures based on design engineer requirements.
5. Producing comprehensive build and test manuals/documents.
