Senior National Account Manager – B2B
Hybrid working - Head office Berkshire
£65k basic (DoE) + car allowance, bonus, healthcare and pension

* This role is ideal for a national account manager with a passion for food, could be from a UK retail, foodservice or B2B account background but must be within food.
The Role:
* As Senior National Account Manager B2B, you will manage the relationship with a portfolio of B2B partners supplying blue chip manufacturers with key ingredients and finished products.
* With full P&L accountability, the Senior National Account Manager B2B will be responsible for the management and delivery of the P&L, including margin, trading targets and account objectives.
* The Senior National Account Manager B2B will work with key customers to identify areas of growth and opportunity, unlocking value chain and NPD opportunities.
* Managing a direct report, you will develop, manage and coach this individual.
* Working with the category team, the Senior National Account Manager B2B will develop category insight to optimize performance.
* The Senior National Account Manager B2B will work cross-functionally with wider teams such as NPD, finance, and Supply Chain to cement relationships and maximize NPD, category and customer opportunities.
* In the role, the Senior National Account Manager B2B will own forecast management to ensure excellent customer service levels.
What We're Looking For:
* For the Senior National Account Manager B2B role, we are open to candidates working within the UK food industry selling to retail, foodservice or B2B.
* It is essential to have strong P&L commercial understanding and strong experience of product cost structure composition.
* As the Senior National Account Manager B2B, you must have excellent negotiation skills and be a results-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude.
* You will have a proven ability to use category insights to create compelling business cases and conduct reviews.
* Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
* You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
