What you’ll be doing:
* Welcoming clients to meetings, offering refreshments, and managing client review scheduling
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, and forwarding them as needed
* Managing client details and policy records in the CRM (Intelliflo Office), ensuring GDPR compliance
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, franking, and visiting the post office
* Preparing client paperwork, reports, and pre-meeting documents for advisers
* Maintaining a clean and organised office environment and managing client file archiving
* This is a permanent full-time job, office based in the centre of Cheltenham.
