Zachary Daniels have partnered with an amazing Luxury business who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Property Manager.In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of adiverse portfolio of properties. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a high levelof motivation, a comprehensive understanding of property management, and a commitmentto delivering exceptional customer service. Main Responsibilities: Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention. Manage lease agreements, including lease renewals, negotiations, enforcement of lease terms, and move-ins/move-outs. Oversee and coordinate property maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and routine inspections. Work with contractors and maintenance staffto ensure timely and cost-effective property upkeep. Develop and manage property budgets. Monitor rent collections, handle financial transactions, and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to obtain competitive bids and ensure quality services. Manage vendor relationships and performance. Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations related to property management. Ensure properties comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Advertise available properties through various channels and conduct property showings. Conduct thorough tenant screening processes, including background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification, to select qualified tenants. Respond promptly to emergencies and address issues such as property damage, maintenance emergencies, or tenant disputes. Implement and communicate emergency procedures. Prepare regular reports on property performance, financial status, and maintenance activities. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for each property.
