Role Responsibilities
* Answering telephone calls promptly, taking clear and accurate messages
* Greeting visitors warmly and ensuring they feel welcome, including offering refreshments
* Preparing the office for internal and external meetings, ensuring it is well-presented and ready
* Managing kitchen and office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked
* Assisting with document production, e-filing, photocopying, scanning, and other admin tasks
* Organising couriers, sending letters, and handling post
* Supporting the smooth and safe running of the office, including health and safety tasks
* Option to receive fire warden and first aider training
