Regional Lead Nurse - Maternity Cover 12 Months
Please note, this role will involve covering Leeds, Barnsley & Sheffield, meaning a driving license will be required.
About the role...
The role will complement a growing Trauma Informed clinical services central clinical team, consisting of medics, psychologists, nurses, and pharmacists. This happy and motivated teamwork alongside clinical staff to ensure Service Users' individual needs are attended to in an efficient, safe, and effective way, and meet our provider obligations.
We seek a Regional Nurse with responsibility to drive health care activity across the services. The post requires a Nurse Prescriber; you will play a crucial role in the robust management of the Clinical Service Leads within services and support the organisations Central Clinical Department. You will be committed to supporting high-quality care and clinical supervision to a few services within your region. The Service User group often presents with multiple and complex drug and alcohol needs and associated physical and mental health challenges. The person will need to have knowledge of drug addiction and have worked within the field in a senior role.
As a Regional Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for:
1. The ability to provide leadership to clinical service leads.
2. To ensure quality safe interventions/services via governance process.
3. Contribute to clinical strategy for the organisation.
4. Develop policies, procedures, and pathways and ensure services are following them accordingly.
Please note possible evening work will be required.
About you...
To succeed as a Regional Lead Nurse you will ideally have:
1. Registered nurse with NMC
2. V300 Non-medical prescribing qualification
3. Flexible and hard-working attitude
