If you like what you hear, then we'd love you to apply We are recruiting for a Senior Transformation Manager to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives that will directly contribute to the strategic objectives of the business including but not limited to profitability, efficiency, customer satisfaction, service, and ESG objectives. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and leading the delivery of cross-functional change projects contributing to our shareholder objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Your scope: You will report directly to Director of Transformation and be responsible for delivering £10m in EBITDA value creation through strategic cross-functional initiatives. This can include, but is not limited to, assessment and launch of new product segments, automation and AI project implementation, M&A support, and cross-functional operations cost and efficiency projects. You will build relationships with stakeholders including our senior management, operations, commercial, and IT teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering high-complexity change and continuous improvement projects and have knowledge of how-to best influence operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will have key interfaces with the wider transformation team including procurement and ESG, as well as in-function change resources across the business such as project managers, product managers, operations development, and operations improvement teams. You will be accountable for: Value Creation planning Working closely with the Director of Transformation and EVRi senior management, support the development and prioritisation of the annual business value creation plan for cascading into budgets and 5YP Ensure alignment of prioritised initiatives with EVRi's vision and goals Opportunity assessment and analysis Working closely with stakeholders across the business, develop comprehensive business cases covering the financial, operational, IT, and resourcing impacts and requirements of key strategic initiatives, for presentation and prioritisation by the executive team Rapidly identify value and complexity considerations for cross-functional projects Strategic problem solving and process improvement Lead technical problem solving, process mapping, and process improvement where required to drive step-changes in performance for scoped initiatives Change management : Lead large-scale cross-functional change projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Stakeholder and resource management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver cross-functional change projects Coordinate and align resourcing across the business to deliver a required project's needs, including allocation and responsibilities of relevant in-function change resources and project management Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, demonstrating growth mindset behaviours at every opportunity and encouraging others to do the same Project management : Where required, lead on the end to end project management of strategic cross-functional initiatives to ensure relevant stakeholders are aligned and project activity moves at pace to deliver target value Performance monitoring : Working closely with the finance team, support ongoing performance monitoring of strategic initiatives Continuous improvement : Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in your analytical, problem solving, process improvement and softer skills set including identification and attendance of trainings and industry events, and proactively seeking and responding to feedback from the team, senior leadership, and wider business To be successful in this role you will have experience with leading change and continuous improvement projects, experience within the logistics or retail industries preferable and have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. You will have experience with process / value stream mapping and continuous improvement toolkits (e.g. lean, six sigma). Strong Financial Awareness and experience of working within and influencing others to work within budgets and cash flow requirements.
