Key Tasks:
* Business Development: Assist Sales Manager in identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation through traditional, digital media and AI driven methods.
* Client Relationship Management: Work with Allspeeds Sales Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing quotations.
* Sales Support: Assist the wide range of Allspeeds distributors with sales related tasks, such as raising and processing orders, liaising with Allspeeds technical department for product queries on their behalf and in the wider promotion of the product range.
* Customer Excellence: Maintain exceptional service and attention to detail, with long term relationships being the focus of what Allspeeds want to achieve.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer and distributor requirements are met.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system, with a focus on momentum and necessary next steps.
* Market Intelligence: Work with the Sales Manager to keep Allspeeds updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
* Event Participation: Work with the Allspeeds sales team at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
