Job Details Role: Estate Assistant (Fixed Term 31/3/26) Salary: £25,584-£27,269 Hours: 37 Hours per week Work Pattern: 5 days over a 7 day week We are seeking to appoint into the role of Estate Assistant to work within the Estate and Communities division. The role will be working within our current self- motivated, and hard working team as we go through service changes that will enable us to work more effectively. Successful candidates will work flexibly and as part of a team to assist with general site activities/tasks e.g. Building Inspections, Fire Safety Inspections, litter picking, minor repairs and general maintenance around the borough to ensure the security, cleanliness, and safety of our housing estates and excellent service we provide to our tenants and residents. A background in maintenance and health and safety would be an advantage but not essential. We are looking for someone who: Has an understanding of health and safety. Is hardworking and leads by example. Is a team player and is able to work flexibly.
