To provide administrative and communications support to enhance our transformation and engagement communications work and increase our reach in the community and our cross site presence.
To provide support for the department’s events, including engagement and listening events.
To provide support in the sharing of communications via the website, intranet and UHD app, including editing and publishing meetings and videos.
To monitor enquiries to the department via phone, email or social media and to escalate appropriately. These can be from the media; colleagues from around the trust; patients, or relatives of patients; our governors.
Base - Poole and Royal Bournemouth
1. Provide admin support to the transformation communications team.
2. Draft social media posts, including taking pictures/videos of staff to include.
3. Support the production of publications for internal audiences, including transformation newsletters, members magazine Together, monthly online magazine The Brief and twice weekly Staff Bulletin.
4. Support in event planning and delivery, including bookings and managing RSVPs, to ensure they run smoothly and to plan.
5. Design and coordinate screensavers across all sites.
6. Update patient information screens across the hospitals.
7. Update intranet, website and app with latest news and events.
8. Ensure distribution lists for key internal and external audiences, including the media, are up to date.
9. Support communications colleagues with campaigns and key projects.
