As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time. You will be accountable for day-to-day performance across all aspects of the workshop, developing a results-focused Vehicle Technician and workshop team that complies with the highest technical and quality standards, driving innovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime and, above all, deliver on our service commitment to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the workshop team, ensuring high standards of performance.
* Implement processes to maximise efficiency and minimize vehicle downtime.
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, addressing any issues effectively.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
