ONE YMCA Charters Nursery, set in the beautiful grounds of Leavesden Country Park in Abbots Langley, is looking for experienced Early Years Practitioners to join our large, friendly staff team providing high-quality care and education within a stimulating, fun-loving, inclusive environment with a big focus on the outdoors.

We believe children need to be given the freedom to explore, learn, and develop at their own pace. Successful applicants will:
1. Work as a member of the nursery team, showing initiative & creativity while fostering an environment which encourages children’s all-round development & delivers the highest standard of care at all times.
2. Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
3. Act as keyworker to allocated children.
4. Commit to creating a safe and engaging environment for children.
5. Build relationships with & encourage the participation of parents & carers.
6. Work towards & achieve agreed key performance objectives.
