The Executive Support Team comprises EAs and PAs supporting the RVC’s senior executive team including the Principal, Deputy Principal and Vice Principals. The team require a highly competent and experienced part-time administrator to assist with a wide range of administrative tasks, to ensure effective and professional delivery. This varied role includes diary administration, meeting and event coordination, processing sales orders, invoices and expenses and scoping/booking travel. The role also involves occasional meeting support (collation of papers, minuting and action monitoring) for a range of RVC project groups and Committees. The role holder will work closely with all members of the Executive Support Team and with colleagues across the College. Candidates will need to be a team player with excellent organisational, computer and interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with people at all levels in a confident and professional manner.
