We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Sales Adviser and Booking Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales leads and managing client bookings, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final confirmation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. A proven track record in sales or relationship management in the luxury industry is a must.
Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming booking requests via phone, email, and online platform.
2. Provide clients with accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and services.
3. Process reservations and confirm bookings in a timely manner.
4. Maintain detailed records of all bookings and client interactions.
5. Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in the elaboration of marketing campaigns.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience working with a high-end clientele, either in high-end customer service or in a top-tier corporate structure, is a must.
2. Experience selling luxury experiences or products is preferred.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in using booking software and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite.
6. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and client information.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
