Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as a person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for the residents, including undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your duty period and residents receive the required care.
