In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and ensuring a seamless, professional experience. Your passion for customer service will help build trust and confidence, reassuring customers that their vehicles are in safe hands. Key Responsibilities: Managing the customer journey, including handling inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Booking customers in and arranging vehicle collections and returns. Providing a fast, efficient service to both insurers and customers. Accurately maintaining customer files and building strong relationships. Keeping computer systems and portals up to date. Handling inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries. Working towards individual and team targets to maintain high service standards. Ensuring high customer satisfaction scores through exceptional service. Assisting with moving vehicles on the forecourt when needed. About You: We’re looking for a customer service professional, ideally with experience in the automotive repair industry. You will have: Excellent communication skills – professional, friendly, and customer-focused. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with administration and computer systems, such as MS Office. A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently.
