To work collaboratively as part of the Corporate Support Team (CST) to provide a high quality comprehensive administrative / PA service to members of the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (WY ICB) including the Chief Executive, Chair, Executive Directors and Non-Executive Members. The postholder will be required to demonstrate exceptional organisational and administrative skills and have the ability to work independently with considerable autonomy, using discretion, judgement and critical analysis to manage a range of facts and situations, often of a complex nature. The role requires the ability to act proactively and react within a dynamic environment, with significant resilience. They will undertake the full range of administrative duties including diary and email management; support to senior Partnership meetings (including agenda setting, coordination of papers and minute taking); organisation of events; hospitality bookings; management of information; dispersal of wide-ranging communications; and any other administrative duties/ responsibilities in support of the WY ICB as necessary. The postholder will be required to demonstrate highly competent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to streamline and implement administrative processes to improve effectiveness in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the running of the NHS WY ICB. They will balance priorities through effective delegation and line management of administration staff as designated. It is essential that the postholder undertakes these duties with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity, showing flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm. They should aim to add value and operate as an integral part of the Team, working in harmony with colleagues in each of our five Places (Bradford District and Craven, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield District) to ensure delivery of the organisational mission and values
