About the position
We are seeking a Level B Lecturer with a teaching and research focus to develop and deliver curriculum, coordinate subjects, assess and support students, and manage administrative responsibilities effectively. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to enhance the student experience and contribute to the field of psychological science through undergraduate and honours-level teaching, assessment, and research supervision. They will also engage in research and scholarly activities relevant to their discipline or professional field.
Skills and experience
* A PhD or Master's degree (or equivalent) in psychology or a closely related field.
* A proven track record of effective teaching and curriculum development across various modes of delivery, evidenced by positive student feedback or other measures.
* A deep understanding of current and emerging teaching methods and pedagogies.
* The ability to engage in and contribute to the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning or related areas.
* Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive environment.
