About your team:

The role of a Field Operations Delivery Manager is to lead, inspire, engage and develop a diverse skilled team of in-home experts to deliver the highest standards of customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and safety, in order to achieve business targets.

We need individuals who can drive a culture of service excellence in a dynamic field environment, where customers are treated fairly and properly informed.
As one of our front-line leaders, you will role model and lead a coaching culture that allows your team to deliver high-quality customer service and perform at their best. In addition, you’ll lead your team through the deployment of large-scale transformation projects, including delivery, embedding, and use of new field technologies. To enable you to succeed, the right candidate must be able to demonstrate strong leadership experience of diverse teams.
How you’ll do it!
A passion for people and a honed ability to lead, motivate, and engage a remote field-based team is key, as is an ability to drive great customer outcomes through outstanding people, communication, and problem-solving skills.
