As we continue to grow, we’re currently looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our Sales division.
Operating from our 26-acre Banbury Head Office and our state-of-the-art Health & Beauty manufacturing facility in Redditch, DCS Group is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients and fostering a thriving, inclusive workplace for our people.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
* Own and nurture commercial relationships, delivering agreed revenue and margins across key accounts
* Assess product briefs, manage timelines, and ensure projects are on time, within budget, and profitable
* Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities while building and sustaining strong client relationships
* Provide strategic insights and consultative support to clients, aligning our unique value propositions with their goals
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful product launches, manage client portfolios, and strengthen retention efforts
