deverellsmith work with multiple house-builders in London and the South East and one of our most valued clients need sales support to start ASAP for their stunning development in Bracknell, Berkshire. This will be an ongoing part-time temp role which could go permanent depending on performance.
Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly proactive, IT savvy, ambitious Sales Consultant, who lives in Berkshire or West London. Good area knowledge is a must! This will be an ongoing, flexible working assignment on a busy development where you will learn from a high performing team.

Your main responsibility will be to manage all day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite and support the sales team!
Job Requirements:
1. ASAP Start date...
2. An understanding of the residential market, sales experience is essential as you will be expected to answer the telephone and qualify incoming leads
3. Well presented with exceptional people skills
4. Keeping the marketing suite tidy and making teas and coffees
5. Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
6. Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face-to-face and virtually
7. Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners
8. Dealing with admin
9. Liaising with various agents and international buyers
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
