Salary:£50,000 DOE + Additional Once Ofsted registered
Hours:Full-time, 40 hours/week + on-call duties when required

Were hiring A passionate Registered Manager to open and lead our new two-bedded home in Nottinghamideal for Deputy Managers ready to take on registration and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Ofsted Registration:Ensure compliance and high standards.
* Develop Care Plans:Focus on safety, well-being, and growth.
* Build Your Team:Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated care team.
* Manage Operations:Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules.
* Collaborate Externally:Work with local authorities and agencies.
* Ensure Safeguarding:Maintain strong safeguarding practice
* Experience: 1+ years with children with learning disabilities.
* Focus: Personalised support for independence and quality of life.
Qualifications
* Experience:1+ years as Deputy/Registered Manager in childrens residential care (last 5 years).
* Experience:worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
* Diploma:Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or in progress).
* Skills:Strong Ofsted knowledge, leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
