Facilities Manager Hybrid Role - Travel across the north of England Job Purpose: Responsible for the effective delivery of the facilities management service to maintain the property portfolio to the required standards, both qualitatively and financially, taking ownership of hard and soft FM services, ensuring statutory compliance is maintained, contract requirements are met and cost saving opportunities are realised, all in compliance with health and safety regulations, group policies and processes. Manage day to day relationships with group wide colleagues. Be the main point of contact for operational General Managers and Franchise Directors, collating and interpreting operational management issues relating to property, interrogating the optional solutions, providing recommendations that are aligned to commercial and operational needs, procuring works in accordance with all required regulations, group policies and processes. Leading on the growth and management of the supply chain relating to facilities management services, ensuring contractors and suppliers are qualified and competent, that necessary RAMS are undertaken and checked and communicated to all relevant parties, auditing contractors to ensure standards are achieved from both and quality and health and safety perspective.
