Recruitment Managing Consultant - FOH Hospitality Team
London - OTE £70,000 +
We are seeking a “Can Do” FOH Hospitality Recruitment - Managing Consultant, with established recruitment experience either from hospitality or a related sector.
We will consider someone coming in from a HIGH STREET Recruitment Agency seeking a new role leading recruiters in an alternative sector, hands-on and leading from the front.
PRS have been established for over 25 years with a successful track record, large client and candidate portfolios, with offices throughout the UK and in Texas, USA, supplying a full range of personnel into our market sectors: Hospitality and Contract Catering, Cleaning and Support Services, Building Services Engineering - commercial & critical engineering, Data Centre, Administration, office support and back office, Energy, Senior Management - Facilities, Engineering and Property.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Managing Consultant for FOH operations and sales, with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk alongside leading and developing a focused and dedicated FOH Recruitment team.
We are open to industry backgrounds and are looking for someone with a proven track record in the recruitment sector, with strong sales and leadership skills.
We use a consultative approach with our clients, and this role is all about building relationships - with our clients, candidates, and the wider organisation.
Recruitment Duties:
1. Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights.
2. Business development to engage with new clients and expand the existing client network.
3. Management, direction, support, and growth of a team of FOH Recruiters.
4. Full 360 desk processes and management.
5. Temporary payroll and compliance to be overseen at a team level.
6. Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, CRM database, industry press, LinkedIn, and job boards.
7. Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs, and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients.
8. Networking and attending local network events.
9. Client entertainment.
Management Duties:
1. Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans.
2. Regular one-to-ones with team members.
3. Performance management.
4. Setting and monitoring KPIs.
5. Implementing initiatives and projects from senior management.
