Position Summary Here at Nespresso, we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us, as a Performance Media Specialist (FTC), reporting into the Search and Affiliates Performance Manager. You will work to execute performance media activities across both B2C and B2B channels for Nespresso UK&I. Your focus will be on driving qualified traffic, high conversion rates, new customer acquisition, and high return on ad spend (ROAS). You will collaborate with internal and external teams to prepare and action performance campaigns, ensuring best practices and best-in-class execution. You will be a part of a team based in our Crawley office where you will share the value of open communication to generate impact and return towards our common goals. A day in the life of a Performance Media Specialist In this role, you will play a critical part in driving demand, optimising performance, and uncovering insights to support Nespresso's success in the digital space. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborate with the agency to execute day-to-day campaigns across performance media platforms (Paid Search, Affiliates, Retail Media) to achieve growth and acquisition targets. - Drive qualified traffic to the Nespresso website through demand generated by ATL and other marketing campaigns. - Management of product feed platform for the likes of Google Shopping etc - Optimise visibility and accessibility of Nespresso for consumers. - Develop key messaging and creative assets with the agency. - Support the execution of the performance media strategy, adhering to best practices and staying updated on industry developments. - Identify and address areas of inefficiency. - Execute testing frameworks, measure campaign performance, and improve conversion rates and ROAS. - Work closely with the Digital Analytics Manager to uncover actionable insights and utilise leveraged data to drive business performance. - Maintain and develop reporting frameworks. - Share search trends and new ad formats with the wider digital and commercial teams. What will make you successful To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic media experience under your belt, ideally within a paid search role or working with Amazon. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brands, you will have strong project management and analytical skills. You will need to be highly organised, conscientious and a team player. You'll also have: - Understanding of performance media platforms, such as Google Ads, SA360, Amazon Ads and other performance marketing platforms. - Familiarity with managing paid digital marketing campaigns, including search, display, and paid social. - Grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role of different channels. - Ability to simplify complex problems and data sets to develop data-led stories. - Strong analytical skills to analyse complex data and provide recommendations. - Ownership mentality and ability to deliver results while considering the financial implications of business opportunities. - Comfortable working in a self-directed, fast-paced, and result-oriented environment.
