In this role, you'll be responsible for the retail management of the frames category, including the project management of new frame launches and performance analysis. You'll support the development of the frame category to continuously improve our customer offer and positively influence our KPIs. Working closely with the buying, marketing, and communications teams, you will ensure that new launches are executed flawlessly and support the Frames and Merchandising strategy across the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. New frame launches
2. Engaging the business with internal publications
3. Creating launch materials
4. Taking ownership of key initiatives
5. Maintaining brand and range information
6. Managing daily store queries
7. Leading operational and commercial reviews of frame launches
8. Undertaking monthly performance reporting
9. Nominating frames for business publications and events
10. Maintaining the Frame Room
11. Analyzing sales data to inform business decisions
If you have excellent project management and organisational skills, strong written communication abilities, and confidence in influencing and communicating effectively, we want to hear from you. Experience in product/category management, the ability to work independently, and strong IT and analytical skills will be key for this role.
This role is a 12 month secondment, working from home and collaborating in our Nottingham support office on a weekly basis.
