We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of English to join our fantastic team at CHS South.
This is a part-time, permanent teaching post, working within our dynamic English Department. This role attracts a salary of Teachers Main/Upper pay scale and is expected to start in September 2025.
We’re looking for:
A suitably qualified candidate who can consistently deliver outstanding lessons. The ideal candidate will have thorough subject knowledge and understanding of current curriculum developments, good communication skills, and be able to plan and develop appropriate learning activities. Successful teaching experience in the relevant phase is also desired.
CHS South is an 11-16 eight-form entry, mixed, comprehensive school opened in conjunction with Chorlton High School in 2018. Our school provides a full capacity of 1200 in our brand-new building which opened in September 2021.
