We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to come join our People team as an Early Careers Assistant!
You will be assisting our early careers programmes, including trainees and apprentices across our firm, supporting our colleagues throughout their early careers journey.
What we need from you
* You will be a recent graduate or have experience in an administrative role - knowledge of recruitment, legal services or HR (desirable)
* Ability to identify opportunities to improve our processes
* Collaboratively create and recommend new approaches which meet business needs and strategic aims.
* Ability to champion equality, diversity and inclusion as a core value of the business
What you'll be doing but not limited to
* Coordinate the early careers learning and development journey, acting as the point of contact for process matters, ensuring all early talent has a positive experience.
* Screening applications for all programmes and coordinating assessment centres.
* Assist the delivery of internal and external events, including our insight programme and vacation scheme.
* Play an active role in our social media development.
