Job title: Unaccompanied Asylum Seeker Children (UASC) Deputy Team Manager
Salary: £48,474 - £53,577 + £2,000 Annual Retention payment
Location: Toxteth Annexe, Aigburth Road, Liverpool

The Role:
* You will be a qualified, Social Work England actively registered and experienced Children’s Social Worker.
* As the UASC Deputy Team Manager, you will need a robust understanding of young people’s whole journey through the care system.
* The UASC Deputy Team Manager will fully support the Team Manager in overseeing pathway planning for young people.
* You will have strong experience within Looked after Children and Leaving Care and experience working with UASC.
* You will work alongside your Team Manager to embed a high-performance culture by supporting your team.
