Our client, a leading organisation in the service industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Live Chat Agent. Fluency in Dutch is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat and email inquiries from customers and clients regarding delivery requests, item faults, and complaints.
* Demonstrate confidence in handling various issues and conducting thorough investigations to resolve problems effectively.
* Provide prompt and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Support Dutch-speaking customers with clear and concise communication.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal) is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to work effectively in a shift pattern of 5 over 7 days, with shifts predominantly from 9 am to 5 pm, but may also include shifts from 8 am - 4 pm and 11 am - 7 pm. Please note, this will involve weekend shifts.
* Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

* Location: Manchester city centre during the week (Work from home if working a weekend).
* Pay: £12.00 per hour.
