The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions.
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Maintaining a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where children can thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in education is a bonus but not essential.
Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Some experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is beneficial.
Enhanced DBS Check – Must be willing to complete an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check before starting work.
