The role involves site inspection, monitoring contractor performance, verifying material specifications, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, and providing detailed reports on site conditions and progress. The M&E Clerk of Works will work closely with project teams, contractors, and quality control personnel to ensure that the M&E aspects of the project are executed according to design specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.\nSome jobs projects require weekly visits, some daily and some bi-weekly. Our Clerk of Works manage their own diary and hours.\nSkills:\n * Strong understanding of M&E systems, installation standards, and building codes.\n * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify non-conformances in installations.\n * Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with contractors, clients, and project teams.\n * Proficient in Microsoft Office and report-writing skills
