Brand Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to drive and develop the brand identity of the expanding own-label portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to play a pivotal role in the success of multiple brands across various channels.
As the Own Brand Marketing Manager, you will oversee the brand propositions, attributes, values, imagery, and tone of voice for all own-brand offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct brand reviews and identify gaps within individual brand propositions.
2. Develop and agree on the brand identity of each label, creating comprehensive brand guidelines.
3. Manage packaging design and oversee photography requirements.
4. Create and manage marketing calendars across all sales channels.
5. Plan and activate promotional campaigns, analyse their impact, and implement learnings.
6. Research the competitive landscape to refine brand positioning and strategies.
7. Develop presentations to support Sales in business negotiations.
8. Support the introduction and positioning of new additions to the own-brand portfolio.
9. Continuously explore new opportunities to promote products across various channels.
Key Requirements
1. A strong background in B2B and B2C marketing, including multi-channel campaign implementation.
2. Experience with rebranding and building brand identities.
3. Exceptional copywriting skills and creativity in campaign development.
4. Proficiency in the marketing mix and analytical skills to evaluate performance.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
6. Commercial awareness for managing budgets, pricing, and data analysis.
7. Strong project management and organizational skills to handle diverse tasks effectively.
8. Knowledge of digital marketing across email, online, and social channels.
9. Experience creating impactful presentations.
10. A valid driving license is required for travel between locations.
