TAY Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Handyman/Maintenance person who also has Felt Roofing experience for a well-established company based near Rochdale. The company has numerous contracts around the UK and is looking for a number of people to join the company on a long temporary to permanent basis, although there will be an initial 13-week period working via the agency.
Pay
£15.00 per hour PAYE
£19.13 per hour CIS
Job Description
1. General installation and maintenance duties
2. Install, repair, and maintain flat roofs
3. Fabricate roofing materials as needed, ensuring proper fit and alignment
4. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete roofing tasks
5. Assist rooftop team installing Telecoms devices
Requirements
1. A full UK driving licence (Vans are provided from day one)
2. A CSCS Card
3. Experience working in rooftop installations and maintenance contracts
