Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid - Sheffield City Centre (3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: Up to £48,000 + £25,000 commission OTE

About the Role:
1. Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy 2 days working from home and 3 days in our central Sheffield office, right by the beautiful Peace Gardens. Choose the days that work for you!
2. Compensation: Competitive salary and uncapped commission – you could earn up to £73,000 OTE!
3. Growth-Focused: You'll have the opportunity to grow SaaS revenues by identifying opportunities within key accounts, building relationships, and demonstrating value to decision-makers.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven success in a sales or business development role, with an emphasis on outbound sales.
2. Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
3. Ability to handle C-level stakeholders and navigate complex deals with confidence.
4. Target-driven with the ability to exceed KPIs and close deals quickly.
