Salary: £68,125 - £85,187
This is an opportunity to work directly for the client on the largest ongoing infrastructure project in the UK.
You will be responsible for leading a team of multidisciplinary engineers and be the first point of contact on the project for the wider engineering team. Candidates will ideally have worked on the multidisciplinary aspects of a rail based depot projects and will need to have a strong understanding of all rail based systems as well as rail safety standards and system integration.
Someone who comes from both a design and construction background is ideal, as well as having whole project life cycle experience.
Due to the nature of the role only candidates with a strong understanding of CDM regulations and rail systems as a whole can be considered for this position.
Essential:
- Experience working as a Project Engineer
- Experience working on station or Depots (Ideally depots)
- Understanding of Railway systems integration such as, Electrical, Mechanical, OLE, Rolling stock, Signalling, Etc
- Experience working on multidisciplinary assets of rail projects
- Understanding of operational railway safety standards
- Understanding of CDM process
- Both design and construction experience
Desirable:
- Experience working on depots on large scale rail infrastructure projects
