Collaborative mindset to work closely with architects, engineers, and sustainability consultants to integrate energy-efficient design solutions. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. LV distribution, lighting and emergency lighting, power distribution, data installations, fire engineering, safety and security systems including alarms, access control and CCTV, Knowledge of lift/vertical transportation systems and communications systems would be an advantage. To undertake modelling and simulation options appraisals and feasibility studies and contribute whole life costing. Abilities in discipline project and an understanding of project deliverables and the royal institute of british architects (RIBA) stages, health and safety, cost control, value engineering and site inspections. Report preparation, troubleshooting and providing advice on new and re-development projects. Enthusiastic. Ability to adapt to change. Listens and clarifies to check understanding.
