Job Title: Skilled Production Operative Location: Elland, West Yorkshire Salary: £11.44 p/hr XCL Group are working alongside their client who is currently looking for a skilled production operative to join their busy manufacturing site in Elland. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a range of different materials and be confident working on machinery. Job Responsibilities: Operating different machinery, including mixing machines Manual handling Organising and ensuring goods and sorted in a timely manner Undergo any additional training as and when required Abide to all the health and safety standards, aswell as wearing the correct PPE Flexibility to work in all departments on the shop floor and assist team members if needed Job Requirements: Past experience in a similar role working on machinery Ability to reliably commute to and from site Be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting Good organisations skills Comply with 5S standards Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm 4 days a week (Thursdays off) 6:00am - 2:30pm Mon - Friday
