Job Description
3. Handle cash transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
4. Accounts Payable.
5. Bank reconciliation.
6. Keep accurate records of transactions.
7. Setting up new suppliers.
8. Posting rent and revenue.
9. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
10. Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and providing information as needed.
11. Assist in the Accounting & Finance Department's overall performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
12. A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
13. Intermediate level using Microsoft Excel
14. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
15. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
