We are looking for a full time Support Administrator to support the Operations Support Manager in facilitating and assisting with the day-to-day administration processes and tasks required across the department to ensure that the requirements of the business are met. Responsibilities Provide day- to-day administrative and clerical support and assist in running of the department Monitor the admin support inbox, managing and directing enquiries and supporting on incoming tasks Complete internal sales orders for the Business Development team for new/additional business Deal with queries relating to the subcontractor services for all facilities managed for our clients Log any service issues onto inhouse management software system Log any quoted jobs on the system and retain admin oversight for the sales pipeline Preparation of sales proposals/quotations Create/manage sending contracts to clients Update contract reviews and specifications Manage the internal filing system by collating client electronic files Completing monthly service reports for various managing agents and key accounts Housekeep client and site information on the in-house management system and ensure all project documentation is up to date Assist on any additional reporting requirements as and when requested by other departments within the business Assist in the administration of client enquiries and resolutions Manage the administration of new sites and terminations Liaise, communicate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other service providers Complete any other duties reasonably requested by line management and the wider business Core Skills Required: 2 years administration experience Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) Highly organised and good at time management Flexible approach to work Works well under pressure Team player Logical and clear thinker Good Communication skills Keen eye for detail Strong relationship builder Shows vision and determination Who we are The Floorbrite Group is one of the leading commercial cleaning and facilities service providers in the UK, providing daily, industrial and window cleaning services to all sectors of industry.
