You will bring commercial expertise to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, including:
Manage financial results and performance reporting, including
budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee and mentor junior finance team members.
Enhance contractual performance and deepen the understanding of
key stakeholders (both financial and non-financial).
Strategic Insights: Deliver analysis and insights to the Account Director to aid in operational
decision-making.
Maintain financial control and governance processes, ensuring contractual
compliance and adherence to Compass financial policies.
Present financial results and insights at client and internal meetings.
The ideal Assistant Finance Manager will be:
(CIMA/ACCA/ACA) qualified or a finalist with diverse experience in accounting roles.
Proficient in partnering with senior stakeholders, capable of challenging, influencing, and
persuading at all levels.
Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Skilled in developing and working with complex spreadsheets.
Experienced in commercial finance, with a track record of improving business results and
adding value.
An effective communicator, able to convey information clearly and logically in both oral and
written forms.
Adept at analysing, evaluating, and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
