We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to support our busy Kitchen team in delivering a high-quality experience that ensures we are guest focused with a professional & personal feel. If you enjoy being in a fast-paced environment and being an integral part of a close-knit team, then you will be well suited to this role. Being organised with strong kitchen and communication skills is important in this position, but you must also be prepared and happy to engage with our guests while you are present in and around the Hotel. The working pattern for this role is flexible and can be up to 40 – 45 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days. This role will include regular evenings and weekends. Temporary live-in available Chef de Partie Our Chef de Parties are pivotal to the successful running of our kitchen. With direction from the kitchen leadership team, they prep and ensure the operation is well set and prepared for each and every service. During service they support on the line to make sure our guests receive high quality, varied menus that are as memorable as their stay with us. The role reports to the Head Chef and supports the whole kitchen team with delivering a smooth, efficient and engaging operation.
