Description Chasing documentation and administrative tasks Oversee timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting exit interviews. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and timesheet activities. Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support team to meet departmental goals. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Provide administrative support as required. Profile Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. The ability to work well in a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
